Kelvin N. Crenshaw, Special Agent in Charge, Seattle Field Division, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) U.S. Department of JusticeKelvin N. Crenshaw was appointed to the position of Assistant Director, Office of Professional Responsibility and Security Operations, in May of 2008. This Office serves as principal assistant to the Director in planning, directing, and coordinating the inspection and internal affairs activities of the Bureau. He has the dual responsibility of serving as Chief Security Officer, assessing and implementing security procedures for the Agency. Crenshaw remains committed to working with various community and law enforcement leaders. He believes that it is these partnerships and the ability to strategically work more effectively that ultimately makes the difference to the citizens in the communities that we serve. |

Joe Hawe, Executive Director, Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission (WACJTC)Hawe was Clallam County sheriff for 13 years before resigning to work for the Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs. The Olympia-based organization lobbies the Legislature on behalf of law enforcement and certifies police and sheriff's agencies. Marshal Hawe holds a Masters of Science in Administration of Justice Degree from American University in Washington, D.C. and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Montana State University. He also is a graduate of numerous law enforcement academies and has certificates in a number of specialties within law-enforcement and emergency management. |

Kelly L. Fox, President of the Washington State Council of Fire FightersKelly L. Fox has served as President of the Washington State Council of Fire Fighters (WSCFF) since 1996 and on the WSCFF Executive Board starting in 1990. The WSCFF represents approximately 140 local firefighter unions and 7,000 professional firefighters and paramedics across the state of Washington. Kelly currently serves as the Chairman of the Law Enforcement Officers and Fire Fighters Plan 2 Retirement Board; serves on the board of the National Conference on Public Employee Retirement Systems; and represents the International Association of Fire Fighters as a facilitator for Labor Relations training nationwide. |

Chief Colleen Wilson, Port of Seattle Police Department, President WASPCChief Wilson has a 32-year career in law enforcement. When she was appointed Chief of Police in the City of Monroe, in 1993, she became the first female police chief in this state. From 2002 to 2007, she was the Chief of Police in the City of Sumner. Wilson joined the Port of Seattle as Chief of Police in August 2007. During her tenure, she has worked to strengthen the department and increase its visibility within its airport and seaport communities. |

Gil Kerlikowske was sworn in as the Director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy. As the Nation's "Drug Czar," Mr. Kerlikowske coordinates all aspects of Federal drug control programs and implementation of the President's National Drug Control Strategy. R. Gil Kerlikowske is a 36-year law enforcement veteran and was appointed as the Chief of Police for the Seattle Police Department on August 14, 2000. Serving a Seattle population of 592,800 people, he leads about 1,800 men and women to prevent crime, enforce the law and support public safety. |
